Yes, you can improve your athletic performance with Insanity workouts

If you want to get better at any sports you already play, you should definitely try Beachbody’s Insanity workouts. You will play harder, faster and longer! I guarantee it.

After 36 days of Insanity workouts I noticed  how much better I did at beach volleyball last night. The newly gained strength in my arms and legs translated into speed, endurance and more powerful shots on the sand court. It felt amazing to do so much better than ever before. I can’t wait to see how much more my game will improve by the time I finish the 60 days of Insanity.

The trainer, Shaun T., always points out that the Insanity workouts produce power. But until last night I honestly did not realize how much more power I had gained. I almost feel like the Energizer bunny now in terms of endurance and explosiveness.

Even if you don’t play any sports at the moment, you will feel way more energized and fit after doing Insanity. And you might actually start a new hobby because you feel like you have a new lease on life.

Being sedentary at your job all day can feel like a slow death. Your metabolism slows down and you are always tired. By the time you get home you just wanna veg out on your couch. Been there, done that. And I never felt worse in my entire life.

You’ve got to break the cycle of eating, sleeping, going to work, coming home, eating and going to bed.
I know it will be hard at first. Just take one step at a time and see how much better you will feel with each workout.
