Weight loss tools
Please use the calculators below as weight loss tools to set realistic goals. Keep in mind that these numbers will also help you track your progress. You can save your results on your Team Beachbody online Progress and Goals chart on a monthly basis. As always, feel free to contact me with any questions.
1) Daily Energy Expenditure Calculator
The daily energy expenditure is the lowest amount of energy your body needs to perform basic functions. As such you need to consume at least this many calories every day.

2) BMI Calculator
The BMI stands for Body Mass Index, which is a number calculated from a person’s weight and height. BMI provides a reliable indicator of body fatness for most people and is used to screen for weight categories that may lead to health problems.

3) Body Fat Calculator
The Body Fat calculator helps you determine how much of your weight can be attributed to fat. When setting weight loss goals, you should keep an eye on this number since losing fat while building muscles can lead to a misleading number on the scale. Muscles weigh more than fat, but have a higher density which translates into lost inches and smaller dress sizes.
