Combining P90X2 with Brazil Butt Lift helped me get the best of both worlds as I was able to focus on my female problem areas with BBL while improving my athletic performance and endurance with P90X2.
I left out BBL’s Cardio Axe on purpose since I absolutely don’t enjoy that workout and replaced it with 20-40 minutes of running on my REST days. You can of course add cardio on any day of the work schedule. Since the daily workout time requires up to 2 hours of a time commitment you can either split the workouts into morning and evening, or simply chose only one of the 2 listed for the day. In that case you might want to alternate P90X2 workouts with BBL workouts. Although I created this schedule for only 5 days/week you can make any adjustments in accordance with your goals and available free time.
I also want to point out that I included all the workouts from the BBL Maximum Results System from the BBL Deluxe Upgrade, which are NOT part of the regular BBL package.
