P90X2/Brazil Butt Lift hybrid workout schedule with BBL Maximum Results System
Combining P90X2 with Brazil Butt Lift helped me get the best of both worlds as I was able to focus on my female problem areas with BBL while improving my athletic performance and endurance with P90X2. I left out BBL’s Cardio Axe on purpose since I absolutely don’t enjoy that workout and replaced it with 20-40
