How does Brazil Butt Lift Master Series differ from the original BBL workout program?

A lot of people have asked me how the Brazil Butt Lift Master Series differs from the original program and whether or not the first one is a requirement for the sequel. The short answer is: The Master Series is a whole new ball game in a league of its own.

That means, you would be better prepared for it if you do the original series first. On the bright side, you don’t have to worry about not getting enough booty for your buck since the Master Series consists of a whole new set of exercises, instead of simply increasing the weights for your workouts.

If you are wondering just what the benefits of doing the Master Series are, I can answer that with the name of the first workout on the schedule: Higher and Tighter. In other words, this program’s main focus is on sculpting rather than weight loss. As such, it does not come with several different workout schedules that are based on body types and weight loss goals as in the original program. Instead you get one 30-Day schedule with Master Series workouts only for five days per week (4 days in week 3) and one 30-Day hybrid schedule that combines the original BBL program with the Master Series (also for 5 days a week with no variation in week 3).

All three workouts are relatively short (25-35 minutes each) so you can easily fit them into your busy schedule and even add some cardio if you have it in you. I was pretty wiped out after my first Higher and Tighter workout and covered in sweat. So the workouts are definitely short but intense–just the way I like it.

The free bonus workout Cardio Carnivale (only available if you order through your Team Beachbody coach!) does require some coordination and rhythm which is not exactly one of my strong suits. But if you enjoy dancing, this one will be a fun way to burn off some calories.

I absolutely love the included meal plan– it consists of the most amazing recipes that are perfectly in line with my post-Ultimate Reset nutrition goal (more vegetarian and no processed food). So I feel like this program is the perfect way to get back on the exercise ball (literally, since a stability ball is the new staple in the MS workouts) and stay on track with clean eating.

Another awesome bonus is the 3-day bikini fast that is also included. I will most definitely try this one toward the end of the program since I just finished the Ultimate Reset detox program.

So how would you know if the BBL Master Series is right for you? Just give it a try! If you are not getting the results you are looking for you can send it back for a full refund! But I doubt that will be necessary. My booty and glutes are already sore after one workout and I have plenty of Brazil Butt Lift experience under my proverbial belt.
