This just in! Beachbody has just been inducted into the Better Business Bureau’s Hall of Fame by maintaining a record of no outstanding complaints for three years prior to May 2011!
The tireless efforts of everyone at Beachbody have enabled us to become a Hall of Fame Member, but a special nod goes to our Customer Relations Group. These amazing people are on the front lines day in and day out, taking care of every call and concern. (Fun Fact: Year to date in 2011, they have handled over 1.3 million calls!) Their expert handling of our 60,000+ Coaches and tens of thousands of customers has allowed us to achieve and, more importantly, maintain an “A+” rating since Fall 2010.
